Biography
Ogunleye Kolawole Joseph is a Nigerian entrepreneur, business leader and technology visionary with professional experience spanning education, surveying, business development and digital innovation. He is the Founder and Principal Visioneer of JOKOG DIGITAL ECOSYSTEMS LIMITED and the Principal Visioneer of Formidable Investments Limited.
Originally from Ukere Town in Ekiti State, Nigeria, he holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering from Yaba College of Technology, Yaba, Lagos. He also holds a Certificate in Introduction to Cyber Security from GOMYCODE International Institute, Ikeja, Lagos, and is continuing his education in digital technology, Web3 and advanced cybersecurity.
His leadership journey began in education, where he served as Proprietor of Jokog Nursery and Primary School from 1987 to 1992. From 1992 to 2010, he worked as a Surveyor Assistant at Animash Survey and Mapping Services, gaining extensive practical experience in surveying and mapping operations.
In 2010, he became Chief Executive Officer of Jokog Survcon Investment Limited. The company provides engineering, building and cadastral surveying services to individuals and communities across Nigeria.
Building upon decades of professional and leadership experience, he began a new phase of entrepreneurship focused on digital innovation in 2024. His inspiration came from a desire to engage more closely with people, understand their needs and develop affordable, practical solutions capable of improving everyday life.
This vision led to the establishment of JOKOG DIGITAL ECOSYSTEMS LIMITED and, in early 2026, the development of four interconnected digital platforms: JokogSphere1, SkillSphereHub2, JokogWealthNexus and JokogDigitalWorkProof.
His development philosophy is expressed through the principle ‘BUILD ONCE, USE EVERYWHERE.’ It represents his commitment to creating strong, reusable digital foundations that can support multiple platforms, serve diverse communities and expand into new markets without unnecessary duplication.
As Principal Visioneer of Formidable Investments Limited, he also contributes to a broader institutional vision centred on strategic development, responsible investment and service to humanity. His work is driven by the belief that the emerging decentralised digital era should create greater freedom, inclusion and opportunity for people rather than leave them behind.
